All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
